Who is caring for the caregivers?

Vinculum — from the Latin for a bond, a link, a tie that holds together. We are the bond between caregivers in our community and the support they so deeply deserve.

Our Mission

Those who care for others deserve to be cared for too.

Every day, millions quietly take on one of the most demanding roles a human being can fill — spouses, children, neighbors, and friends caring for loved ones who are aging, ill, or living with disability. They do it out of love, largely alone, and largely without support.

Vinculum Care Foundation was founded on a simple but urgent conviction: the people who give the most deserve to receive something in return. Through relief grants, meaningful events, and a network of care, we lift up caregivers in St. Clair, Sanilac, and Macomb Counties.

For the first time in years, I didn’t have to choose between buying groceries and buying my mother’s medication. This grant gave me room to breathe.
