Vinculum Care Foundation is a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Michigan, serving caregivers across St. Clair, Sanilac, and Macomb Counties. We were founded on a simple but urgent conviction: the people who give the most deserve to receive something in return.
Caregivers manage medications, coordinate appointments, handle finances, provide transportation, prepare meals, and offer emotional support — often while also holding down jobs and raising families of their own. They do this out of love, and they do it largely alone, largely unseen, and largely without support.
We exist to change that — through tangible, meaningful support delivered with compassion and respect for every caregiver’s dignity.
Mission
To uplift and sustain caregivers in our community through financial relief grants, meaningful events, and a network of support — because those who care for others deserve to be cared for too.
Vision
A community where no caregiver walks alone — where their sacrifice is seen, their needs are met, and their wellbeing is a shared responsibility.
