Program 01

Caregiver Relief Grants

Direct financial awards of up to $1,500 to caregivers in our community who need help with the everyday costs of living and caregiving. Awarded through a compassionate, accessible application process designed to be simple and respectful of every applicant’s dignity.

Groceries and household essentials
Utility bills — electric, gas, water
Transportation and fuel costs
Medical and pharmacy expenses
Respite care for a much-needed break
Everyday living costs strained by caregiving

Community Events & Recognition

Caregivers are often invisible. Our community events exist to change that — to celebrate them, connect them with resources, and remind them they are not alone.

Program 03

Connection & Resources

We serve as a link — a vinculum — between caregivers and the broader network of support available to them. Through partnerships with hospitals, home health agencies, hospice, senior centers, and faith communities, we connect caregivers with referrals and people who understand.
